I empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, doterra Wellness Advocate, and Herbalist. I offer natural herbal products, essential oils, supplements, Zyto/Visera Health scans, wellness education, and motivational speaking to support mind, body, and spirit.

I provide integrative health coaching that honors the full circle of life—mind, body, spirit and lifestyle—supporting sustainable, self-directed lasting change that fits real life. I work with men and women who are ready to do meaningful work toward better health by clarifying their goals, uncovering their strengths and values, and creating realistic action steps that lead to lasting change. Through a personalized, evidence-based, and non-judgmental approach, I offer compassionate accountability and guidance without restriction, guilt, or overwhelm, always honoring each client’s pace and individual needs.

In addition to one-on-one health coaching, I offer comprehensive wellness support including nutrition and food education, movement and stress support, healthcare appointment preparation and advocacy, and community education through workshops and speaking events. I also provide guidance on supplements and natural wellness products, including handcrafted items such as salves, tinctures, hand sanitizer, linen and room sprays, lip balm, bug spray, and essential oil roller bottles, as well as education around essential oils and supplements. Advanced wellness insights are available through Zyto® and Visera health scans to help identify areas of stress and imbalance. All services and products are offered within an empowered, client-led partnership focused on long-term well-being and the prevention or management of nutrition- and lifestyle-related concerns.
